See MediFlow working online with our team. It costs nothing, on any plan. Past the demo, we set MediFlow up on your own hospital's number for 1 month from the day you start, before anything is agreed.
Book a demoYour administrator can set up everything alone, at no cost. Or we do it for you: We do the one-time set-up ourselves and train your team, remotely, for that one fee. It is a one-time fee priced by plan, before GST. These one-time fees are part of the early bird offer.
Data migration and visits to your hospital are quoted separately.
WhatsApp has no separate price. Your hospital connects its own WhatsApp account and number, pays Meta directly, and pays MediFlow ₹0.20 for each message credit (1 credit for a plain message, 2 with an attachment). Every hospital starts with 300 credits free, and the admin gets an email when credits run low.
It started with the outpatient department. Add pharmacy, laboratory and inpatient care as your hospital needs them, all on the same system and the same patient record.
Bookings from WhatsApp, the front desk, the phone and your website land in one day list, in time order.

The counter dispenses against the prescription itself, from stock counted by batch.

Tests ordered by the doctor reach the lab worklist, and each sample is tracked from collection to result.

Admissions, beds and discharges on one board, with one account for each admission.

MediFlow keeps one patient record from the first booking message to the bill. Each department works from it, so nothing is typed twice and a desk never waits on paper carried across the building.

In six steps, on your hospital’s own WhatsApp number. The patient says hi, chooses a language, a doctor or service and a slot, shares their details, pays an advance where your hospital asks for one, and gets a confirmation and later a reminder in the same thread.

Pick the option closest to your hospital. Scan its code with your phone camera, or tap the button if you are reading this on one. The demo opens in WhatsApp and runs the same booking flow a patient uses, on an invented hospital.
Past the demo, we set MediFlow up on your own hospital’s number for 1 month from the day you start, before anything is agreed. Ask us and we will arrange it.
However the patient reached you, it lands in one list. A booking made at the front desk, taken over the phone, or made on your own website arrives in the same day list as a WhatsApp booking. From there the pharmacy, the laboratory and the ward work from the same patient record, and it is paid for through the same receipt.

A multi-specialty day, in one screen

What the desk took today, split by how it was taken

Part cash, part card, one receipt

The prescription knows what the pharmacy has

Written the way it will be read

The counter works from the prescription itself

What is on the shelf, and what is about to stop being useful

A cancelled visit, and the money that goes back
From our demo hospital. Every patient and doctor shown is invented.
Appointments, screen 1 of 8
WhatsApp, the front desk, a phone call, or your own website. All of them write into the same calendar.
Sent at 8am on the morning of the visit by default, with a Get directions button that opens the hospital's map location. Tell us the time and the wording you want and we set it up. New wording is approved by WhatsApp first.
Collected at booking or after the visit, with the invoice delivered back into the same chat. A refund is a record against the visit, and both the receipt and the refund note survive.
Printed and signed by hand, with the prescriber's registration number on it. A copy goes to the patient on WhatsApp when they ask for one.
The counter dispenses against the prescription itself, every line on a specific batch with its expiry. A patient who prefers their own chemist keeps the signed prescription.
Tests ordered by the doctor reach the lab worklist. Each sample is tracked from collection to result, and reports sit on the same patient record the doctor sees.
Admissions, beds and discharges on one board, with one account for each stay. A bill is corrected with a credit note, never by editing the original.
The medical records department, documents, quality and compliance work, for the hospital that wants the complete system.
Record a patient's Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) number, your Health Facility Registry (HFR) ID and each doctor's Healthcare Professionals Registry (HPR) ID. MediFlow prints them on prescriptions, bills and receipts.
An administrator sets what each role can see and do. Every action is recorded against the person who made it.
The front desk sees the day's appointments as they arrive, and the pharmacy, the laboratory and the wards work from the same patient record.
MediFlow uses your hospital’s own WhatsApp number, so the relationship with your patients stays yours rather than being rented from a messaging platform.
Every plan starts on shared hosting in India. Your hospital has its own private space on MediFlow, and its records are kept apart from every other hospital’s. Larger hospitals can have a dedicated cloud server, and a hospital can have MediFlow installed on its own premises. Fordawn tests the separation by trying to break it before anyone goes live.
Your own WhatsApp number
Patients see your hospital's name and number in their chat list, on a number you own. The relationship is yours, and it does not move if you ever leave.
Shared hosting, kept apart
Your hospital has its own private space on MediFlow, hosted in India. Its records are kept apart from every other hospital's. Updates and care are handled by Fordawn.
Dedicated cloud server, or your own premises
A larger hospital can have its own server and database, run by Fordawn in India. MediFlow can also be installed on a server inside your hospital, as one installation with a yearly maintenance plan. The first on-premise installation, for SIMS Chellum Hospital in Salem, is being built.
Tested by attacking it
Before a hospital goes live, Fordawn takes a real request, forges another hospital's identifier into it, replays it, and asserts the target is untouched. Separation you have not tried to break is an assumption rather than a property, so we attack it deliberately before anyone goes live.
Raised from inside MediFlow, answered against a written clock. There is a Support tab inside the panel your staff already use: they describe the problem, attach screenshots, and it reaches us as a tracked ticket. These are Fordawn’s standard support targets. Each hospital’s agreement states the ones that apply to it.
Monday to Saturday, 9:30am to 6:30pm
Public holidays excepted. The clock only runs inside those hours, so a Saturday evening ticket is not quietly burning its response time overnight.
Site down is answered around the clock
A Priority 1 incident is accepted and responded to 24x7, including nights, Sundays and public holidays. That clock never stops.
99.5% availability, measured monthly
Checked every 5 minutes at your hospital's MediFlow address. Maintenance notified a day ahead is excluded, and so are outages at providers outside our control, including WhatsApp's own service.
A missed target means a written explanation
Escalation and a root-cause report in writing, naming what happened and what changed because of it.
| Severity | We respond | We resolve |
|---|---|---|
| P1 CriticalNobody can reach it | 4 hours, around the clock | 24 hours, around the clock |
| P2 HighA major function is broken | 8 business hours | 2 business days |
| P3 MediumA defect on one page | 1 business day | 5 business days |
| P4 LowCosmetic and content edits | 2 business days | That month's maintenance cycle |
Responding means we have acknowledged the ticket and told you the severity we have assigned it. Resolving means a permanent fix, or a workaround that puts you back in service while the permanent fix is made.

Working with the team was an absolute pleasure. They took the time to truly understand our requirements, remained responsive at every step, and delivered a final product tailored precisely to our needs. We are extremely pleased with their ongoing support and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

I am thoroughly impressed with the service provided by the team. From day one, they were attentive, approachable, and completely aligned with our vision. It was a fantastic experience, and I look forward to collaborating with them again in the future.

The team made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. They were transparent in their communication, and genuinely committed to quality. I am truly impressed with their work and professionalism.

Fordawn MediFlow team did an exceptional job with not just the appointments and registration flow but also in interacting with the staff and training them for handling the app. Keep it up team.

MediFlow is hospital management software for hospitals and clinics in India. It covers outpatient care, pharmacy, laboratory, inpatient care and the medical records department, added one plan at a time as the hospital grows.
MediFlow is made by Fordawn Innovations Private Limited, a software company in Salem, Tamil Nadu. Fordawn also builds custom software for businesses. MediFlow is its own hospital product.
MediFlow is made in Salem for hospitals across India, starting with Tamil Nadu. A patient chooses English or Tamil at the second step of booking on WhatsApp, and the Tamil wording was checked by a native reader.
A clinic management system runs the outpatient day: appointments, the queue, billing and prescriptions. A hospital management system also runs pharmacy, laboratory, inpatient care and medical records. MediFlow starts as the first and grows into the second on the same patient record.
Five plans, each adding to the one before: OPD, OPD + Pharmacy, Laboratory, Inpatient and Full HMS. OPD and OPD + Pharmacy are available from 12 November 2026. Laboratory, Inpatient and Full HMS are coming soon.
Yes. Each plan includes everything in the plan before it, so a hospital starts where it is and moves up without changing system. Fordawn switches the new modules on for your hospital, and the patient record stays the same.
The counter dispenses against the prescription itself, every line on a specific batch with its expiry. Medicines within three months of expiry are called out, and Schedule H and H1 are marked on the row so the counter sees them at a glance.
Yes, in the Laboratory plan. Tests ordered by the doctor reach the lab worklist, each sample is tracked from collection to result, and reports are kept on the same patient record the doctor sees.
Yes, in the Inpatient plan. Admissions, beds and discharges sit on one board, with one account for each stay. The plan also covers nursing, operation theatre, critical care, emergency, ambulance, blood bank, stores and the insurance desk.
Yes, in the Full HMS plan, which adds the medical records department, documents, quality and compliance work to everything in the plans before it.
Yes. Gift of Sight Eye Hospital in Tiruchirappalli, an eye hospital, has used booking on WhatsApp, registration and billing since 16 September 2026. Eye clinic, dental, dialysis, physiotherapy and chemotherapy day care are add-ons that Fordawn switches on for a hospital.
Yes. The patient messages your hospital's own WhatsApp number, chooses a department, a doctor and a time, and gets a confirmation in the same thread. There is nothing to download and no website form to fill in.
No. The booking happens inside WhatsApp, which the patient already has open. There is no new account, no password and nothing for them to learn.
A reminder goes out automatically at 8am on the morning of the visit, with a Get directions button so the patient arrives at the right gate. Tell us the time and the wording you want and we set it up. If the plan changes, the patient reschedules in the same thread, which frees the slot instead of leaving it empty.
Yes. Both are handled in the chat. A cancelled slot returns to the calendar, and a refund, where one is due, is recorded against the visit rather than as a correction to the original bill.
They land in the same day list, in time order, with nothing re-keyed between them. A Booked via column shows how each one arrived. WhatsApp is one way in, not the only one you have.
Yes. Payment can be collected at booking or after the visit, and the invoice is delivered back into the same chat. Cash, UPI, card and online are counted separately, so the drawer reconciles against the screen at the end of the day.
Billing is part of every plan. A bill states what is owed and a receipt proves what was received, on separate number series so a day's receipts can be totalled against the day's takings. Pharmacy sales and an inpatient stay are billed the same way.
Each number is allocated by a counter that cannot duplicate or skip, so six people issuing at once get six distinct numbers with no gaps. A document never changes after it is issued; a correction is a new document.
Yes. Part on a card and the rest by UPI is entered as two payments against one bill, each with its own reference, and one receipt lists them all. The balance updates as they are added.
No. MediFlow runs on the number your hospital already owns, so patients see your name in their chat list. The relationship stays yours and it does not move if you ever change supplier.
Yes. Paediatrics, dermatology, urology and cardiology can run on the same day, each appointment against the doctor actually seeing the patient. The day list filters by doctor, service, status, payment or how it was booked.
An administrator sets the roles, and a role decides what each person can see and do, so the pharmacy counter and the front desk get the screens their work needs. A doctor sees their own patients, and every action is recorded against the person who made it.
MediFlow is hosted in India. Every plan starts on shared hosting, where your hospital has its own private space and its records are kept apart from every other hospital's. We test that separation by trying to break it before a hospital goes live. Larger hospitals can have a dedicated cloud server.
Yes. On-premise means MediFlow installed on a server inside your hospital, as one installation with a yearly maintenance plan. You provide the server, and it is priced after a short conversation. The first on-premise installation is for SIMS Chellum Hospital in Salem.
Your hospital owns it and stays the data fiduciary. We process it only on your instructions. The hospital's super admin can download all of the hospital's data from Settings.
Your hospital is the data fiduciary and MediFlow is its processor, under a processing agreement we sign with you. The hospital sets its privacy notice, its retention periods and a named contact for patients' data requests in Settings.
Yes. It records a patient's ABHA number, your hospital's Health Facility Registry ID and each doctor's Healthcare Professionals Registry ID, and prints them on prescriptions, bills and receipts.
Prices are on this page, per hospital and before GST. MediFlow OPD is ₹8,000 a year or ₹750 a month at the early bird price, and the Full HMS plan is ₹1,20,000 a year. Each plan adds to the one before it. Sign up while the early bird offer runs (it ends in 6 months) and keep your early bird price for 2 years from sign-up, paying monthly or yearly. After that the standard price applies. A hospital that needs its own server or its own premises gets a written quote.
No. Your administrator can set up everything alone, free of charge. If you would rather we do it, we do the one-time set-up ourselves and train your team, remotely, for a one-time fee: from ₹10,000 for OPD to ₹80,000 for Full HMS, before GST. These fees are part of the early bird offer.
WhatsApp has no separate MediFlow price. Your hospital connects its own number, pays Meta directly, and pays MediFlow ₹0.20 for each message credit. Every hospital starts with 300 credits free.
Yes. There is a live demo on WhatsApp that runs the same booking flow a patient uses, on an invented hospital. You can then run MediFlow for 1 month from the day you start, on your own hospital's number. Ask us and we will set it up.
The demo runs on WhatsApp and follows the same booking flow a patient uses. If you would rather talk it through first, that is usually the faster way in.
