Aligned to India’s data protection law (DPDP Act, 2023)

MediFlow runs the whole OPD: appointments, billing, prescriptions and the pharmacy, from booking to the counter.

Patients book and pay in a WhatsApp chat on the hospital’s own number, with no app to install. The prescription itself is printed and signed by hand, and a copy goes to the patient’s chat when they ask for one. Staff run the day, the money and the pharmacy from one panel with role-based access. MediFlow is built with Gift of Sight Eye Hospital in Tiruchirappalli and SIMS Chellum Hospital in Salem.

    Sent automatically at 8am, with directions to the hospital.

  • UPI payments and invoices

    Paid over India’s Unified Payments Interface and invoiced in the same chat.

Migrations are rehearsed on a copy of your real data. On one replatform every genuine customer account moved with its order history and saved addresses intact.
