We trace the path a real order, ticket or patient takes, next to the staff who handle it. You get a written map of where the time goes.

We agree which single bottleneck the work should remove, and which number should move when it does.

Scope, timeline and cost in writing

All three are agreed before any work starts. If what we find changes the scope or the timeline, you hear it that week.
