Build whole systems, not single components.
Fordawn Innovations is a software studio founded in 2025 and based in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India. We take applications from engineers whether or not a role is posted.
Why early is the best time to join.
We are at the beginning, which is exactly when your work counts for most. The architecture, the standards and the way we build are all being set now, and the people here are the ones setting them.
You see the foundation being built
Your work ships, and is attributable
Range, fast
Room to grow into core roles
The day to day, before you ask.
We would rather you knew how we work before you send a CV than found out in month two.
Flat structure
You can talk to anyone, anytime. Ideas win, not titles.
We document everything
Clarity over guesswork. We build for the future by writing it down today.
Flexible hours, strong accountability
Work when you are at your best, but deliver when you promised.
A team call every day
The whole team talks daily, so nothing waits a week to be raised. A blocker gets named on the call and someone is put on it the same day.
Learn it, do it, teach it
A cycle of continuous growth and knowledge sharing.
No specific roles open right now
We are always glad to hear from people who are good at building software. Send us your CV and tell us what you want to work on.
Every application gets a reply within two working days. Including a no. You will never be left wondering.
