When a doctor takes leave, the patients booked further out are messaged on WhatsApp automatically, and the desk gets a call list only for the next few hours.

MediFlow is our own product, not a one-off client build. It runs on Meta's Cloud API, with an admin panel for reception, doctors and lab staff, and every action checks permissions. Live at Gift of Sight Eye Hospital in Tiruchirappalli, with an on-premise deployment for SIMS Chellum Hospital in Salem in progress.

A custom app inside the Freshdesk Omni agent sidebar, built as a custom Freshworks app, for a large Indian D2C brand. It reads the store, the warehouse, the courier and the payment provider from the order number on the ticket, then cancels, refunds, re-addresses and checks stock in the system that owns each record.
