01What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website and to the demonstrations we run, including over WhatsApp. They do not govern paid work: any project we build for a client is covered by a separate signed agreement, and where the two differ, that agreement takes precedence.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site or request a demonstration.

02The website

This site is informational. It describes what we do and shows work we have delivered. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, or professional advice, and case studies describe past projects rather than promising a particular result for yours. We may change or remove any part of the site at any time.

03Demonstrations and sample content

We run demonstrations so you can see how something works before you commission it. They are provided free and as a courtesy, which means:

• Everything in a demonstration is sample data. Do not send us real personal, medical, financial or confidential information.
• A demonstration is not a live service. There is no uptime commitment and it may change or stop without notice.
• What a demonstration shows is illustrative. The scope, features and cost of any real project are agreed in writing beforehand.

04WhatsApp messaging

Our WhatsApp Business number is used solely to demonstrate sample projects to people who asked to see one. We do not send marketing to it and we do not add you to any list.

• Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. We honour it immediately.
• Reply DELETE to have your number and conversation erased.
• Your carrier’s data charges may apply, and your use of WhatsApp is also governed by Meta’s own terms.

05What you send us

When you use the contact or careers form, please send only information that is accurate and that you are entitled to share. Do not upload anything unlawful, malicious, or confidential to someone else. We handle what you send in line with our Privacy Policy, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

06Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape or copy the site at scale, interfere with its operation, misrepresent who you are, or use our demonstrations to send unlawful, abusive or infringing content. We may decline or end a demonstration at our discretion.

07Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, images and code belong to Fordawn Innovations Private Limited or our licensors, except where a client’s name, logo or work is shown with permission and remains theirs. You may read, share and quote our pages with attribution. You may not republish them as your own or reuse our designs or code without written permission.

08Third-party services and links

The site links to other websites and our demonstrations run on third-party platforms, including the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their terms apply to your use of them.

09No warranty and limitation of liability

The website and demonstrations are provided “as is”. We take care over them but do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Fordawn is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of this site or a free demonstration. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability for paid work is dealt with in the relevant project agreement.

10Changes and governing law

We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page shows when we last did. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Salem, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
