Fordawn Innovations was founded in 2025. We build custom commerce platforms, WhatsApp Business Platform systems and internal portals for businesses across India, the United States and Canada. Alongside client work, we develop and run our own healthcare product, MediFlow.

Our story

From a small collective to a studio with its own product.

Fordawn Innovations was founded in 2025 as a small collective of builders with a shared aim: to help businesses scale through modern web and data engineering.

What began as analytics and reporting has grown into the systems underneath it. Today we build custom commerce platforms, WhatsApp Business Platform systems and internal implementations, and we run our own product in healthcare.

How we operate

A studio this size can promise things a large firm structurally cannot. These are ours, written down so you can point at them.

We sit with the people doing the work

Before anything is designed, we trace the path a real order, ticket or patient takes through your day, next to the staff who handle it. You get a written map of where the time actually goes.

We name the one constraint

Work that fixes the wrong thing well still leaves the business where it was. We agree in writing which single bottleneck the work is meant to remove, and which number should move when it does.

Scope and timeline in writing, before build

A defined scope and a delivery timeline agreed before the first line is written. If what we find changes either, you hear it the week we find it, not at handover.

You watch it being built

Working software on a link you can open, updated as we go. There is no reveal at the end, because feedback is worth most while it is still cheap to act on.

We move you across without a gap

Migrations are rehearsed on a copy of your real data before the switch. On a replatform for a US spice and kitchenware brand, every genuine customer account moved with its order history and saved addresses intact.

You are never locked to us

Architecture notes, permission matrices and runbooks are a deliverable, not a favour. Your team can run and extend the system without us, and we would rather you could.
