You can set up everything yourself, free of charge. Guided set-up is optional and paid once, done only when you ask: ₹25,000, remote, before GST (proposed, not yet confirmed).

Tests, prices and ordering
- List your lab's tests and mark each as done here or at a referral lab.
- Type the reference interval for each test; it prints beside the result exactly as written.
- Price each test and scan, and choose whether orders add to the visit's bill.
- Choose whether lab and scan counters take payment, or only a billing desk; care never waits.
- Order tests, scans and health-check packages from the consultation.
- Place an order at the lab desk, with urgent and STAT orders sorted to the top.
The lab bench
- Work each order by step: to collect, to receive, results to enter, awaiting authorisation.
- Record where each specimen was collected, such as lab desk or ward bedside.
- Print tube labels with the patient's details, test codes and a barcode.
- Receive a tube by scanning its label, or reject it with a reason to collect again.
- Enter results with unit, reference interval and remarks, one line for each measurement.
- Send tests to a referral lab and record the dispatch and the report received.
Signing and lab reports
- Require a second person to sign results, so whoever entered them cannot sign.
- Mark a result critical by hand and record who took the call and the read-back.
- Amend a signed result with a reason; the earlier version stays on record.
- Print a lab report showing only signed results, with signatories and your own notes.
- See every step and print on an order, recorded with name and time.
- Bring the patient back to the doctor's queue for review once every result is signed.
Scans and radiology reports
- Order a scan by kind of study and room, as the doctor wrote it.
- Work a room's scans by step: to report, awaiting signature and signed.
- Write findings and impression, starting from your own report templates, and attach the image or PDF.
- Have a second person review and sign each report; amend a signed one with a reason.
- Set up scan rooms and report templates in Settings.
Form F, films and CDs
- Record Form F for pregnancy scans, which has no field for the sex of the foetus.
- Keep a Form F register with a printable page and a wall notice set in Settings.
- Record films, CDs and report copies handed over, with who received them and their relation.
- Print the day's films and CDs register, and open a monthly Form F summary report.
